Edlen recommends the use of EDC-2000 as a perfect substitute to all of the following flour milling products:
- Fungal Alpha Amylase
- Ascorbic acid
- Azodicabonamide (ADA)
EDC-2000 usage:
- Add 40 grams to 100 kg of bleached flour and mix thoroughly.
- Recommend to bakeries to add 454 grams of EDC-95 to 100 kg of same flour for optimum performance and benefits.
